Three options for new students
- We highly recommend booking our INTRO TO POLE or INTRO TO HOOP COURSE or TASTER Session first. The intro course is a 3 week course - covering the foundations. Each course costs £30. This runs every few months. We also run tasters every few months. These are 1 hour sessions costing £5 for you to try pole or hoop! Keep a look out on our booking system and social media for these courses and taster sessions.

Pole classes are weekly structured trick based sessions, lasting 1 hour. The benefit of these classes are to help you build strength and have fun!
Here are the pre-requisitions we recommend for each class as a guide but we understand not everyone will have them all which is okay!
Intro to Pole
No experience needed. A 3 week course to kickstart your pole journey. Learning the foundations of pole and to help build your confidence for beginner, mixed ability or pole routine classes.
Beginner
No experience needed. If completely new - We suggest booking onto our intro course or a personal training session beforehand to kickstart your pole journey. Beginners will learn sits, stands, spins and climbs.
Lower Intermediate
- Be able to sit (Without hands on the pole)
- Climb to the top of the pole
- Hold a Hood Ornament unassisted (Without hands)
- Get Upside Down unassisted (From Side Climb or Invert)
- Full crucifix pose without hands on the pole
This class is all about working on fun inverted shapes and longer combos (both upright and upside down)
If still working towards / on your invert - we would recommend beginner / lower inter on a Sunday, any mixed ability class or a personal training session before graduating to lower intermediate.
Intermediate
- Be able to hold a Normal Grip Butterfly unassisted
- Hold Gemini and Scorpio unassisted (Without hands on the pole)
- Have Cross Knee or Cross Ankle Release unassisted
Intermediate Plus
- Be able to perform a Brass Monkey (From 1 entrance)
- Aerial Invert on 1 side
- Shoulder Mount
- Perform a D
Advanced
- Aerial Invert both sides
- Brass Monkey both sides
- Ayesha / Handspring on at least 1 side
MIXED ABILITY
We also offer weekly mixed ability classes. These classes are opened to all levels from beginner to advance. The instructor will show a range to levels. If completely new - We suggest booking onto our intro course, our weekly beginner class or a personal training session beforehand to kickstart your pole journey.

Aerial Hoop is so much fun! We strongly advise you are fully dressed for this class as hoop can be intense on the skin.

- Confident on top bar

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
Want to dance around the pole and not do tricks? This is your class!
This class focuses on pole flowability. We highly suggest knee pads! Make sure you have some comfortable clothes to keep warm in while waiting for the class. During the class - Dress up / Dress down - You wear what you want! From Pjs to nipple pasties! You do you!
You can be bare foot, trainers, socks or heels.

Adult Acrobatics & Gymnastic Training
Join our adult acrobatics and gymnastics class, designed for all levels - from beginners to seasoned athletes!
In this fun and supportive environment, you'll learn fundamental skills, build strength and flexibility, and challenge yourself in new ways. Our expert instructor Joy will guide you through a variety of exercises!
From Handstands, cartwheels, and walk-overs to partner acrobatics and plenty of conditioning!
All levels welcome! Whether you're looking to try something new, improve your skills, or just have fun, this class is perfect for you!

This session is for 1 person.

- Struggling with a particular move or transition from a group class
- Tailor the session content to suit your needs
- Build your confidence and strength at your own pace
Give the studio a message to book your time-slot. Once a time slot has been confirmed - you will need to purchase a personal training credit. Once the credit has been purchased - your instructor can book your time-slot into the booking system. You will receive an email once the instructor has booked it in. Time-slots are not secured until booked in on the system. If not booked in - the session slot can be given to another student.

Hire a pole or hoop for an hour! Must have done pole or hoop before! It is a self driven time-slot. Must have experience with equipment. (We ask for at least 1 month experience). An instructor will only be present for first aid. This is not a taught class. This session is bought with our practice session credits.
